2. Gold Price Policy and Ordering

Price Fluctuations: Due to the volatile nature of the gold market, product prices displayed on the website are subject to real-time updates and adjustments based on the Gold Traders Association of Thailand announcements.
Price Lock/Confirmation: The price of the product is locked and confirmed only after the customer completes the checkout and payment process within the time limit specified by the system.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a technical glitch or system error (e.g., severe mispricing that obviously contradicts the current market value). In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

3. Payment Terms

Customers must pay the full amount specified in the order summary through the payment channels supported by the store (e.g., Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, or other certified online payment methods).
An order is considered complete only after the store has successfully verified and confirmed the funds. Customers are required to upload a valid proof of payment (transfer slip) via our designated channel.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy (High-Value Goods)

Since gold consists of high-value goods, all shipments will be handled by standard, reliable courier services and will include full or agreed-upon shipping insurance.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area, typically taking 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Unboxing Policy (Crucial): Upon delivery, the customer or designated recipient must record an unedited, continuous video while opening the parcel package. This video serves as primary evidence in the event that the product is damaged, defective, or lost during transit. We reserve the right to deny any claims or refunds if this unboxing video is not provided.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of gold bullion and jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or faulty due to manufacturing errors.
- The store delivered the wrong item, size, or weight variant from what was ordered.
Any claims for a return or exchange must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product (based on the courier tracking system status), accompanied by the mandatory unboxing video.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Kimtee Gold. Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
